SPIDERCOOL installation on the FANUC Robodrill is fast and easy.  In fact Robodrill is our most comprehensive and easiest to install package.  Installation can be completed by one of your competent employees in four hours or less.

Professional factory installation is also available and quoted on request.  If you are interested in factory installation please contact us.  And don’t forget that SPIDERCOOL can be ordered as a standard option on any new Robodrill purchased directly from Methods Machine Tools or any of their distributors.

The SPIDERCOOL system consists of major components such as the nozzle and manifold assembly, control unit, cable & interface kit and encoder adjustment knob.  All ancillary hardware needed to complete the installation is included.
